1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you use the Service.

A. Google & YouTube API Services Data

When you connect a Google or YouTube account, we may collect:

• Google account identity info you explicitly grant
• Public YouTube channel info
• Public video data
• Public subscriber/engagement metrics
• Public analytics data you authorize
• Any additional data explicitly granted to Mighty Joy

Required Google Disclosure:
Mighty Joy’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

We do not use or share YouTube API data for:

• Market research unrelated to Mighty Joy features

We never use platform-provided data for advertising or any purpose outside the Service’s core functions.

3.1 With Brands/Accounts (Opt-In Only)

We only share your Personal Information with brands you explicitly choose to engage with, such as when:

• You complete a form
• You join a campaign
• You opt in via SMS or email
• You confirm participation in a collaboration

3.2 Public Creator Data

We may share Public Data (e.g., follower counts, handle, public engagement) with brands using the Service,
but only after a creator opts in to participate or be discoverable.

• Matching creators with brand campaigns

4.2 No Advertising, Selling, or External Use

• Combine YouTube data with unrelated datasets

4.3 User Control & Revocation

You may revoke Mighty Joy’s access to your Google/YouTube account at:

YouTube API data is deleted or anonymized promptly upon revocation unless retention is required by law.
